See How Easy It Is to Get Started

Creating your Jetstream account is simple. Watch the quick walkthrough to see exactly what to expect, then take the first step toward accessing private-market investments.

Jetstream is an interval fund.

An interval fund gives you access to assets — like venture capital — that you can’t normally buy on the stock market. Instead of stocks and bonds, your money goes into private, high-growth companies most investors never get a chance to touch.

Jetstream is registered with the SEC, meaning it operates under the same regulatory oversight built to protect investors. It’s also structured as an evergreen fund — always open for new investment, with no single window to get in and no deadline to worry about.

$5,000 Minimum

There’s no cap on what you can invest. $5,000 just gets you in the door.

SIMPLE TAX REPORTING

No complicated K-1s — just a simple 1099-DIV at tax time.

Semiannual liquidty
