Rejuvenate Bio is rethinking what chronic treatment could look like. Instead of asking patients to manage disease every day, its platform is designed to deliver durable therapeutic benefit from a single administration.

What they do.

Rejuvenate Bio is developing gene therapies designed to address chronic and age-related diseases with long-lasting treatment from a single administration. Its platform uses liver-directed gene therapy to enable the body to continuously produce therapeutic proteins, with programs spanning cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, and animal health.

Why we invested.

Rejuvenate combines the scientific foundation of George Church’s lab with a platform targeting some of healthcare’s largest chronic-disease markets. What stood out was its ability to validate the technology through animal-health programs while its human pipeline advances, including a strategic R&D partnership with Merck Animal Health. That creates a path to build clinical evidence and commercial value while pursuing the larger opportunity in human health.
